Groups and Workshops

Expecting a baby or navigating the early stages of parenthood can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our supportive groups for expectant and new parents provide a safe space to share experiences, gain emotional support, and connect with others who are going through similar challenges. Led by a trained therapist, these groups offer valuable insights on managing stress, building confidence, and strengthening relationships while transitioning into parenthood. Whether you’re seeking practical advice, coping strategies, or simply a community of understanding, our groups are here to support you every step of the way.

  • Expecting a Baby? Ask a Couples Therapist

This private, virtual series is for expectant couples who want real support as they get ready for life with a newborn—both the joy and the strain that comes with it.

Over 2–3 sessions with a licensed couples and perinatal therapist, we’ll focus on your relationship and what this transition is likely to bring up for you. From the final stretch of pregnancy through those early, tender (and often exhausting) months at home, you’ll have space to talk through what’s coming and how to face it together.

    No sugarcoating. Just real conversation.

We’ll work on how to stay connected under pressure, manage conflict in the moment, and support each other through sleep deprivation, overwhelm, and the identity shifts that come with becoming parents.

There’s also room for your questions, your concerns, and the things you might not be saying out loud yet. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s helping you feel more prepared, more aligned, and more like a team as you head into this next chapter.
