Fees, Insurance, and Payment:
I am a provider with Lyra and otherwise am out of network with insurance
Out of network means clients may be able to get reimbursed by their insurance company for some or all of therapy expenses. I will provide you with the necessary forms for reimbursement (also called a Super Bill)
Individual fee: $220
Family/Couple fee: $300
I accept payment of credit card or HSA through Stripe.
