With a focus on communication, teamwork, and emotional support, this workshop will help you weather the changes that come with parenthood. Start your journey together on the right foot and build a strong foundation for your growing family.

Join our New Parent Support Group in Brooklyn! Whether you're navigating sleepless nights, first-time parenting challenges, or the joys of your baby’s first months, this group is here to help. Our supportive community connects new parents, providing a safe space to share experiences, gain advice, and build lasting friendships. Together, we'll also focus on mental health, offering resources and support to help prevent and address postpartum anxiety (PPA) and depression (PPD). You’re not alone—let’s grow through this journey together!
